Winemaking: This wine is a blend of fruit from two estate vineyards, carefully selected to create a bold, complex expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 22 months in 25% new French and American oak, the wine was crafted to highlight varietal character while developing structure and texture. No animal by-products were used in the fining or filtration of this wine.
Maturation: 22 months in a combination of new French and American oak barrels, selected to impart nuanced spice and enhance mouthfeel without overpowering the fruit.
Vintage Conditions: A warm, steady growing season in Paso Robles provided optimal ripeness with balanced sugar and acidity. Careful vineyard management ensured rich color, developed tannins, and concentrated fruit.
